3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure all products listed on KitchenGo.co.uk are accurately described and available. However:

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. → In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email and offer a full refund or suitable alternative. → Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Ordering

When you place an order on KitchenGo.co.uk:

→ You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. → This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your item is dispatched. → We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. → All orders are subject to payment verification before dispatch.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT. → We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. → We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout. → Your payment details are processed securely. KitchenGo does not store your full card details. → In accordance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, we do not charge hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Delivery

We offer free UK-wide delivery on all orders over £50. → Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. → Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. → Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays beyond our control. → KitchenGo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once your order has been dispatched. → We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

7. Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order.

Your Right to Cancel: → You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item — no reason needed. → To cancel, contact us at support@kitchengo.co.uk within this period. → Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused. → Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. → Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: → Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. → Please report faulty items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. → After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. → Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. → We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
