1. Change of Mind (14-Day Right to Cancel)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

You must notify us of your intention to cancel before returning the item.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A repair or replacement
  • Or a full refund if the item is faulty

Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (where applicable)

This does not affect your statutory rights.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
