Yes! KitchenGo™ offers completely free UK delivery on all orders over £50. There are no hidden fees and no nasty surprises at checkout. For orders under £50, a small standard delivery charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase — so you always know exactly what you’re paying.
We know you’re excited to receive your new kitchen gadgets — so we work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery then takes a further 2–4 business days. In most cases you can expect your kitchen appliances or gadgets to arrive within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
We are currently working on introducing express and next day delivery options for UK customers. In the meantime our standard delivery is fast, reliable, and free on orders over £50. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear when express delivery launches.
At this time KitchenGo™ delivers exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are actively exploring international shipping options and hope to serve customers worldwide in the near future.
The moment your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven’t received this email within 2 business days of ordering please check your spam folder, then contact us at support@kitchengo.co.uk.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch email, please contact our UK support team at support@kitchengo.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately. We work closely with our courier partners to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.
At KitchenGo™ we want you to be 100% happy with every purchase. That’s why we offer a straightforward 14-day returns policy in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your kitchen gadget or appliance, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a return. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
We’re truly sorry if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are fully entitled to a repair, replacement, or complete refund. Simply email support@kitchengo.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we’ll resolve it immediately — no arguments, no stress. Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days directly to your original payment method — whether that’s your debit card, credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment your refund is issued.

Tracking your order is easy. Once dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit the Track Order page on KitchenGo.co.uk at any time, enter your order number, and see exactly where your kitchen gadgets are in real time.
We process and dispatch orders quickly, so please contact us at support@kitchengo.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number if you need to make any changes. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed but you can return it following our 14-day returns policy.
